Using HTML Tools/ Nobody uses the actual raw markup language anymore. You just simply use a good web design program like Front Page or In Design and let it do the work. You get a WHYSIWHYG interface and it does all the "grunt" work for you. If you wish to edit the code, you just switch to the HTML tab and work with it. Good luck Amanda!
